Aisling Bea
Aisling was born on 16 March 1984 at Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's best-known and well-known comedians. She has been on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan (born 16 March 1984) more popularly known as Aisling Bea is an Irish comedian and actress from Ireland. Bea's career began in 2011 as a comedian after she appeared in small roles in Irish and British TV shows that began in the year 2009. In 2012, she began performing in sketch comedy shows, sitcoms, and other similar shows. In 2012, she began appearing on panel shows after winning an award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. In 2016 and 2017 she served as a team leader on 8 Out of 10 Cats. Also, she is a contestant of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. The parents of her include Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan. She has one younger sister, Sinead. She is only the second ever female winner of So You Think You're Funny. Bea the name she was given as her maiden name, is a tribute to her dad who died in the year 2000. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan is a Kildare born woman. Born on the 16th of March, 1984. The father of her Brian was a veterinarian for horses who committed suicide at the age of three. Bea was just three years old though she did not know the cause of his death until she was thirteen. To honor the man she loved, Bea chose the stage name Bea and, in the year 2017, wrote an article about suicides in the family she was raised by for The Guardian. Bea along with her younger sister Sinead were raised by their mother Helen (nee Moloney) an elementary school teacher and jockey trainer, as well as a former professional jockey. The family was obsessed with race meetings and horses. Bea began her career as a tour-guide for the Irish National Stud. However Bea knew early that racing wasn't for her.
