Matthew Matt James is a North Carolina native born on 5 December 1991. Matthew Matt James was a mixed-race child of Manny James (of Jamaican descent) as well as Patty James. The mother of Manny James is caucasian and his father is Nigerian. He graduated in 2010 of Sanderson High School and furthered to Wake Forest University where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics in the year 2015. James gained fame when he appeared on The Bachelorette as a reality TV star. In 2020, he was chosen to be the next bachelor in season 25, making him the only African American male lead which later premiered in 2021. James is a great fit for the role because his height is tall, handsome and well-rounded and has a great sense of comedy. Rachael Krokconnell was the winner because James decided to enter into an intimate relationship with her. James partnered with the dancer Arnold whom was also famous at the time to participate in the season 30 of Dancing with the Stars. James and Arnold were 12th in the contest.
